Growing up in the Italian countryside, I soon discovered my love for city life.

After living in many beautiful cities, I chose Barcelona as my home.

I travel for work, for passion, and to satisfy my cultural curiosity.

Water is my primary element because it adapts to situations, changing shape and state while retaining its essence.

I graduated as a Management Engineer and became a Consultant in Technology space.

With over 17 years in Consulting, I have held several management roles with international responsibilities, successfully leading diverse teams and businesses.

 

I had the privilege to work with mentors possessing outstanding emotional intelligence, kindness, and caring for people. My principle is "work smarter, not harder" and I believe you can achieve gains without pains.

I have a passion for helping people in any situation, which led me to invest in developing my coaching skills and make a passion my professional job. In my spare time I am an active member of a non-profit patients association.
